Understanding Collaborative Law

| Jun 3, 2020 | Collaborative Law |

In the collaborative divorce process, spouses and their attorneys commit to a transparent process in a cooperative manner, utilizing neutral professionals to assist them in structuring a mutual, global settlement, and if the couple has children, to create a parenting plan and parenting agreement in the best interest of the children.
